Themes

1. Dig & Discovery Zone

• Soil Bins where kids can use their hands to find hidden surprises in the soil.

• Fake Bugs & Seed Treasures!

• Learning Goal: Messy + Sensory, Soil isn't just dirt, its a home!

​2. Pick Your Plant Adventure

• Kids choose what to plant:

  • Fast growers (beans, sunflowers, seasonal plants)

  • Herbs (mint, basil, seasonal plants)

  • Flowers (marigold, zinnia, seasonal plants)

  • Succulents (instant plants to take care of)

• Kids choose where to plant it:

  • Recycled cups

  • Biodegradable pots

  • Old boots, cartons (safe edges!)

Each plant has a personality card:

• “I grow fast!”, “I like the sun!”, “I smell nice!”

• Learning Goal: Choice = Ownership, Lets be kind and help each other grow!

3. Decorate Your Pot Studio

• Washable paint & brushes

• Stickers, googly eyes and natural decor (twigs, leaves, stones)

Creative Ideas:

• “Give your plant a face”, “Design a home your plant would love”

• Learning Goal: Art meets Nature, Expressing yourself!
